I have just returned from an incredible stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautiful, but the window opening to the corridor was a bit inconvenient. The service was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The location was perfect for exploring the town of Palenque, with easy access to the bus station and archaeological site. The dining experience was very good, offering a variety of choices. The facilities were great overall, making my stay enjoyable.

The hotel's location is perfect, situated in the best part of town, close to all the tours and in a nice part of Palenque. The rooms, although beautiful and fully equipped, may need an update soon, with a minor inconvenience of a window facing the corridor. The service was a mix of pleasant surprises like a lovely bottle and birthday card but also included attempts to charge extra. Dining was a bit disappointing with high prices and poor quality. On the bright side, the hotel has a great central location, making it very convenient for exploring Palenque.
